AGLA offers a two year, unlimited mileage warranty on all our leather products. Sometimes AGLA will extend warranties on a prorated basis if you can prove to us that you maintained your product correctly, following proper care and maintenance.

If your leather item needs to be replaced under warranty, AGLA will replace your item at no charge.  We may pay for the return of the damaged item. AGLA may require you to prepare the leather product for a UPS pick up. Place the item in a large envelope or a suitable box for pick up. Once we inspect you leather product, we can determine how your product was damaged. This may or may not involve a prorated charge to you. If your AGLA product is under the two year warranty period, AGLA will send a new item to you free of charge. Please include a copy of your original receipt with any return.

If you prefer to exchange your item for another color, you may do so. If you ordered a special order color, you will be charged a restocking fee.

AGLA prides itself with the satisfaction of our customers. We have a 1-2% return rate. We get it right the first time so neither you nor AGLA has to go through the process of a return or warranty. Please be aware that mistakes/errors do happen. We try to make your AGLA product the best for the money.
