Why use leather?
Leather is used in automobiles for several reasons. Comfort and luxury are the top reasons. Cowhide is also very durable and that is important. If leather is treated properly (see our Care & Maintenance section) it will last for the lifetime of the car. Vinyl has a tendency to crack and becomes sticky when sitting on it in the hot sun. Cloth, although durable will begin to look worn and does not conform and stretch like leather.

Why not use vinyl instead?
Vinyl, while an inexpensive material and with some of the new advanced synthetics comes very close to the elasticity needed to wrap around a gear knob or steering wheel, does not hold up after time. It cracks and sticks to your hands when used. If your car came outfitted with leather options you should match it with leather accessories to retain your car’s value at resale.

Can I order different colors?
Yes, we have over 30 OEM and rare colors to match most autos.

Why should I buy AGLA products instead of others?
AGLA creates its products to fit your automobile. We don’t make one-size-fits-all generic boots. We have over 400 different fitments for all sorts of cars and trucks. With our extensive color choices that translates to over 12,000 different product offerings.

AGLA believes that your wheel kit, gear knob, or emergency brake should look, feel and fit like it came from the factory. Your wheel kits should cover the spokes, the gear knobs should twist or snap in, and the emergency brakes should slide/snap in to place. AGLA does not use adaptors or set screws that fall apart or loosen after several thousand miles. At AGLA we call that a poorly-attached product that will never fit correctly.

Why is AGLA cheaper than the dealer?
Leather is an expensive material, however AGLA purchases from OEM suppliers worldwide at the best prices to bring you the lowest costs. In some cases we have found leather colors that the dealer/manufacturer no longer stocks. We have bought these over the years and then have had dealers seek us out because they can’t find it even from their own factories and distributors. However, when we purchase leather hides, we have a set wholesale price we pay. We could buy the finest hides from England or Sweden, but we would have to raise our prices. The quality leather AGLA uses meets or exceeds most manufacture specifications. AGLA uses soft quality leather that feels and looks better than the original product that came with your vehicle.

What happens if my AGLA product tears apart?
AGLA carries a two year warranty on the leather products we sell. We cannot give away our product.

Do you have any discounts?
Since we sell our products at a low price as opposed to the dealer or any other aftermarket vendor, we cannot give a lower price. If you are a corporation or have a business license, volume discounts may apply.

I ordered my product 2-3 weeks ago and I still don't have it!
We try our best to get your order out the same day. On occasion we are temporarily out of stock. AGLA tries its best to keep all products in stock, however we can't always anticipate purchase trends.
